Chavez is a small hobby/show kennel, which has owned & shown Cocker Spaniels
for over thirty years. We generally have one or two carefully planned litters a
year, using only the best blood lines suitable for our Cockers. Our puppies are
reared in our home.
All dogs used for breeding have been successfully shown and have current
clear eye test certificates under the KC/BVA scheme and are also being OptiGen
tested for prcd-PRA and FN also. Tested for glaucoma, hip scored and DNA
profiled.
We are Kennel Club Assured breeders and adhere to the KC code of ethics.
Occasionally we have puppies available to approved homes. All are KC registered,
insured and are sold with a contract.
We provide an after sales advice service and will take back or rehome any of
our stock at any time. Most of our puppies just want a good home and to be the
family pet, no fuss no bother.
We are situated in beautiful Lincolnshire and surrounded by farm land where
our Cocker's enjoy the peace & serenity of country life and long walks.
I have judged Cocker Spaniels at Championship, general Open & Breed shows
over the years; it makes a hobby such a pleasurable pastime. Three dogs from
this line up went on to become Show Champions and one gained a R.C.C.
